Experience:
5+ years in BIM management and project delivery.an employee of our company, you will collaborate with each department
to create and deploy disruptive products.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and IFC standards.
- Experience in establishing, implementing, and enforcing company-wide BIM standards and execution plans (BEP).
- Knowledge of global BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Experience managing software deployment, licensing, and IT coordination for BIM tools.
Your Role:
- Oversees the entire lifecycle of the project from pre-construction to handover.
- Responsible for auditing incoming models to ensure compliance with project protocols.
- Sets up and controls access to the Common Data Environment (CDE), making sure data flows securely between all disciplines.
- Strong leadership skills to train, mentor, and manage BIM Coordinators and Modelers.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the team, clients, and external consultants.
